TheCozyHouse Novi Sad - Pet Friendly place, was created from a simple idea — to offer a place where life slows down, comfort feels natural, and everyone feels welcome, including your pets.

This space is a carefully renovated part of our family home, with its own private entrance from the courtyard, designed to give guests privacy, peace, and a true sense of home. In front of the apartment, a terrace overlooks a green, peaceful garden — a small oasis where mornings begin quietly, pets can relax beside you, and evenings end gently.

The house itself was built in 1936, carrying the charm and character of old Novi Sad. In 2021, this part of the house was thoughtfully renovated, blending its original spirit with modern comfort — keeping what matters, improving what helps both you and your four-legged companions truly relax.

What makes The Cozy House special is not only its atmosphere, but also its location.

It sits in a quiet residential street, perfect for calm walks with your pet, yet it’s only a 15-minute walk from the city center. Within walking distance, you’ll find:

• the historic Futoški Park

• the Provincial Hospital

• the Novi Sad Fair

• the Promenada shopping area

• the beloved Štrand beach on the Danube

• and even the Petrovaradin Fortress

For those who enjoy exploring beyond the city, a short drive takes you to Fruška Gora National Park, Sremski Karlovci, and nearby wine routes and nature trails — ideal for guests who love nature and traveling with pets.

We created The Cozy House as a place where guests can feel safe, welcomed, and completely at ease, whether they’re traveling solo, as a couple, working remotely, or sharing their journey with a beloved pet.
